2 Usage and Service Conditions​

The requirements applying to the use and operation of the software are specified at Datapunctum Docs.

3 Usage​

Usage controls: License Manager

By installing and using the Software, the Customer accepts the Software License Agreement.

The Licensor grants the Customer the right to use the free parts of the Software free of charge. If the customer desires to use non-free functions of the software, a license needs to be acquired.

By downloading, installing, or using the free version of the Software (including from Splunkbase or other sources), the Customer grants the Licensor (Datapunctum AG) permission to contact them via email for informational purposes related to the Software. This includes sending newsletters or other communications regarding product updates, bugfixes, security fixes, new releases, feature announcements, vulnerability advisories, and similar operational or security-related information. The Customer may opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails or by contacting [email protected].
